The circular vibrating screen is a new type of high-yield vibrating screen made of circular vibrating multiple layers. The installation and debugging of equipment directly affects the operation of the circular vibrating screen. The following article mainly introduces the installation and debugging of the circular vibrating screen from five points.

1 The inspection equipment before delivery has passed 4 hours before leaving the factory. No-load test, after receiving the product, the user carefully checks and inspects according to the delivery list to eliminate possible problems during transportation.

2Check the size of the base position Check the size of the base position before installation Check whether the height difference between the support seats on both sides of the same end (the feeding end and the discharging end) is the same. Check the compression height of the rubber spring. The stiffness of the rubber springs on both sides of the same end should be as consistent as possible, and the height difference is 3mm. In order to keep the material on the screen uniform.

3 Rubber spring installation Put the rubber spring on the supporting plate, and then hoist the screen box so that the upper and lower positioning pipes are aligned. In the inner hole of the middle rubber spring, after the screen box falls smoothly, the rubber spring must not be deviated.

4 Install the motor base. The center of the motor should be 23mm higher than the center of the vibration exciter shaft of the screen, and be aligned front and back. Install the tire coupling afterwards.

5 Before the test run, you must check whether the various parts of the screen machine are installed correctly, whether the fastening bolts are tightened, and check whether the motor wiring is turned correctly, and the circular vibrating screen motor should rotate in the direction of material flow. Check whether the lubricating parts are filled with lubricating grease and turn the wheel by hand to see whether the exciter rotates flexibly and whether there is any jamming. Check the fixed facilities around the moving part of the screen machine, such as the feeding and discharging chute and the under-screen funnel and screen Whether the machine is likely to collide. The safety distance between the screen box and the surrounding fixed objects shall not be less than 80mm.

6 Start the equipment The screen machine should run smoothly without obvious lateral swing , There is no abnormal sound. If the abnormality is found, stop immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it before restarting. After normal operation, the no-load test run for not less than 4 hours of continuous operation is required to observe whether the screen machine has been running normally, and check the bearing temperature. The bearing temperature rise should not exceed 45, and the high temperature should not exceed 80. After the test run, the equipment should be re-checked, lubricating grease should be refilled, and the loose bolts should be tightened. It is recommended that all the sieve plate clamp bolts be tightened again.
